What types of jewelry do you offer?
We specialize in meaningful jewelry including anklets, bracelets, earrings, rings, and complete jewelry sets. Our collections feature birthstones, precious metals (gold, rose gold, white gold, and silver), and pieces perfect for gifting on special occasions.
Are your birthstone pieces customizable?
While we don’t offer full customization, our birthstone collection features a thoughtful selection of stones set in various designs to help you find the perfect meaningful piece for yourself or as a gift.
How do I choose the right size for rings or bracelets?
Each product page includes detailed sizing information. For rings, we recommend measuring your finger when it’s at normal temperature (fingers shrink in cold weather). Our bracelets typically come in standard sizes with adjustable clasps for flexibility.

Ordering & Account

How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account to track your orders and save your information for future purchases. We’ll never share your details and protect your privacy as carefully as we package your jewelry.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered production.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two thoughtful shipping options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after leaving our studio
Free Shipping: For orders $50+, via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide (excluding select Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We handle all customs documentation to ensure smooth delivery.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive shipping notifications with tracking information once your order leaves our Indianapolis studio. The anticipation is part of the experience!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or style, we recommend returning your original purchase (following our return policy) and placing a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
While we meticulously inspect every piece before shipping, if your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
